A single mistranslation in an affidavit or contract can invalidate a legal proceeding or create a dispute that costs far more than the original translation. In Alberta, where courts routinely deal with documents from the Philippines, India, Ukraine, Mexico, and dozens of other countries, the accuracy requirements are non-negotiable.
We work exclusively with translators who have legal translation training or direct experience in legal practice. For Alberta-specific documents, we have translators familiar with provincial legislation and the formatting expectations of Alberta courts, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
